We strongly recommend to book in advance, so that we can guarantee the best possible service. A down payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount (balance payment) must be paid before the start of the rental period.

This is how we reimburse you:

• 30 days or more to the start of the rental: 100% refund minus € 20 as a cancellation fee + eventual foreign transaction fees;
• from 29 to 8 days to the start of rental: 50% refund minus € 20 as a cancellation fee + eventual foreign transaction fees;
• within 7 days to the start of the rental: NO refund, except particular agreement between the Renter and the Rental Company (if possible, by changing the rental period).

The Renter’s credit card is only required as a guarantee and the rental company may henceforth be authorized to debit the repair costs for any damage occurring to the equipment during the rental period unless it is demonstrated that the damage was due to a defect specific to the equipment.

The Renter will be held responsible for damages to or loss of the equipment or parts of it.

As an alternative to the swipe of the credit card as deposit method, the Rental Company may ask for a money deposit in proportion to the value of the rented items or for the deposit of an original personal document (id card or passport or driving license).  You will get the deposited money back at the end of the rental period.
